Shipping Coverage

We currently provide delivery services across all regions in Singapore. We do not do overseas shipping.

 

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days.

  • Delivery are made from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public Holidays.

  • Delivery Timing from 10am to 5pm

  • Express Delivery: Need your order sooner? Additional cost may apply, as we would need to engage external delivery services.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or high order volumes.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: From $30.00 onwards, depending on locations.

  • Express Delivery: Additional cost by engaging external delivery.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

 

Order Tracking

All delivery will be informed a day early via email or whatsapp.

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier partner will leave a notice or attempt a re-delivery based on their policies.

  • For large or bulky items, such as boltless racking, additional assistance may be required during delivery. Please inform our team in advance if special arrangements are needed.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Due to logistical limitations, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted zones within Singapore. For more information, feel free to reach out to us.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item is damaged during shipping or parts are missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
